What is Ketamine?

What is Ketamine?

Ketamine is a legal, safe, and FDA-approved treatment that has been making significant strides in the realm of mental health and well-being. With a history of FDA approval dating back to 1970, ketamine stands apart from other mind-altering substances like psilocybin, LSD, and MDMA, as it has always been recognized as a legal pharmaceutical.

This remarkable therapeutic tool offers hope and relief for those struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and chronic pain. Prescribed "off label" for psychological conditions, ketamine provides a unique opportunity for transformation and healing.

At therapeutic doses, ketamine has been described as a "situational psychedelic," where the nature of the experience is profoundly influenced by factors such as intention, support, music, environment aesthetics, physical comfort, and a sense of safety. This carefully curated approach allows individuals to explore their inner world, unravel emotional complexities, and find profound healing.

At Conscious Ketamine-Assisted Coaching™, I am dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing space for your transformative journey. Together, we'll embark on a personalized Conscious Ketamine-Assisted Coaching™ experience that unlocks the full potential of this therapeutic treatment.

With me as your guide, you'll discover the power of ketamine in fostering self-discovery, growth, and healing. Let's embark on this journey of transformation together and embrace the vibrant life that awaits you.

Is Ketamine safe?

Your safety is my top priority. I understand that you may have concerns about the safety of ketamine, and I want to provide you with all the necessary information to make an informed decision.

Ketamine has gained widespread recognition and has been extensively studied and endorsed by researchers at the National Institute of Mental Health. This therapeutic approach has shown remarkable success in treating various mental and physical conditions, including anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and more.

While ketamine has an impressive safety record, I believe in taking a proactive approach. To ensure your well-being, all Conscious Ketamine-Assisted Coaching™ clients undergo a comprehensive medical evaluation conducted by a qualified prescriber, either in person or via telemedicine. This evaluation is specifically designed to identify and assess any personal risk factors related to the therapeutic use of ketamine. This is a required step before receiving a ketamine prescription.

Although ketamine is generally well-tolerated, there may be potential side effects, such as imbalance, nausea/vomiting, dizziness, anxiety, headache, blurred vision, feeling rubbery, change in coordination, abuse/addiction potential, and agitation. Rest assured, these effects typically resolve within 2-4 hours.

To further safeguard your health, I closely monitor your vital signs during the retreat using a blood pressure cuff and pulse oximeter. While nausea and vomiting are rare, I will ask you to refrain from oral intake (eating), except for water, for 4 hours before your session to minimize any potential discomfort.

Is ketamine safe?

Is Ketamine addictive?

Medical evidence does demonstrate abuse potential in some individuals. For this reason, in the Conscious Ketamine-Assisted Coaching™ program, ketamine is administered only “in-office” or under my direct supervision.

Transparency and open communication are essential as we work together to make your Conscious Ketamine-Assisted Coaching™ experience as safe, effective, and empowering as possible.

For individuals not at risk for abuse, and when taken as prescribed, ketamine can be safely administered multiple times over the course of a year without addiction or long-lasting harm. Talk to your prescribing medical professional about any concerns you have about risks, dosage, and frequency of use.

What is a private Conscious Ketamine-Assisted
Coaching™ Retreat?

On the day of your private Conscious Ketamine-Assisted Coaching™ Retreat, there are two convenient ways to embark on this profound quest. If you are seeking an in-person experience, I offer personalized retreats in a safe and supportive environment in a private location in Scottsdale, AZ, or at a local specialized ketamine clinic. If you are traveling for your session, accommodations can be made at a local hotel. I can provide you with a list of recommendations for places to stay close by.

If distance or other factors make in-person sessions challenging, I also offer the option of online private Conscious Ketamine-Assisted Coaching™ Retreats via a secure link, providing the same depth of support and guidance from the comfort of your own space.

Whichever method you choose, know that I am fully dedicated to your well-being and transformation every step of the way.

If you choose to take your journey in the private Scottsdale location or online, I'll guide you through a safe and transformative process using oral ketamine troches, placed under the tongue or in contact with the cheek, and does not require needles.

Dosage is determined through careful consideration of your physical factors and goals. The effects will be felt within minutes, gradually intensifying. The peak lasts around 60-90 minutes, with potential lingering effects.

The entire retreat takes about 4 hours, including preparation before and Integration Coaching after. I'll support you through any experiences that arise, holding space with care and dedication.

Ketamine's effects vary based on dosage and intention. Trust your "inner healing intelligence" as your guide on this profound journey of self-discovery and transformation.
